Job Description

Job Title: Customer Experience Coord (4-6 month contract)

Location: Saint Paul

Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm

Job Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Process orders and manage inquiries, credits, returns, and replacements efficiently
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve service
  • Manage accounts from order entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer records
  • Support promotional activities, pricing updates, and order adjustments in ERP
  • Administer sales and marketing promotions within ERP
  • Maintain process documentation and reference materials for order management
  • Generate and distribute account activity and customer satisfaction reports
  • Analyze order and account data to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams for alignment and communication
  • Contribute ideas in team meetings to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
  • One or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience using ERP or CRM systems
    • Microsoft Business Central experience preferred
  • Experience in a B2B or distribution environment
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and respond effectively to challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exert a positive influence on others through professionalism and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting service deadlines
